This depends on the area: the faster the hair grows there, the less time there needs to be between treatments. The waiting time ranges from 6 to 12 weeks. In the intake interview, we discuss the expected number of treatments and how much time should be in between.

Preparing for armpit laser surgery
We recommend that starting 6 weeks before treatment, you only depilate your armpits with a razor blade. So do not use other methods such as waxing or depilatory cream, where you remove the hair follicle.
From 10 days before treatment, do not sunbathe extensively or go to a tanning bed.
Shave away all hair 1 day before your treatment. The laser device then reaches the hair roots optimally.
Are you (possibly) pregnant? Then we will reschedule your appointment. Under the influence of hormones, your skin reacts differently to the laser and laser hair removal is not possible for a while.
After the laser treatment
Most people do not suffer from anything after laser treatment. Sometimes the skin turns red and feels a little burning. Fortunately, this is rare and also recedes quickly. If you suffer from this, you can soothe it with a cooling gel or cool pack.
Do not sunbathe or go under a tanning bed for the first 10 days after lasering. Also avoid hot places like the sauna or a steam shower. The heat can quickly irritate the treated skin.
